The initial franchise fee is $40,000, and the total investment necessary to develop one Überrito Restaurant ranges from $690,000 to $985,000 (including the franchise fee). The royalty fee is 5% of gross sales, and production and national advertising fund fee is 2% of gross sales. In addition, you’re required to spend 2% of your gross sales on local marketing.
Prior to opening, we’ll provide you and your designated manager with four to six weeks of training on general business and operations, food preparation and safety, employee hiring and training, purchasing, inventory control, and other aspects of running your franchise. This includes up to 10 days of on-site training.
You’ll also receive site selection, build out, general operational, advertising and marketing support.
No, we do not offer direct or indirect financing, and we do not guarantee your notes, leases or other obligations. However, we do have third-party lenders that we can introduce you to in financing your development plan.
Generally, 6-12 months which is inclusive of site selection, lease negotiations, permitting, and actual buildout. Already a landlord with a site available? Construction typically takes around 8-9 weeks so the timing can fluctuate based on your situation.

Franchise grand opening marketing campaigns require a minimum $25,000 investment. We review your proposed grand opening campaign materials and elements to ensure they comply with our standards.
Yes, you will receive a “Protected Territory” which is defined within your franchise agreement.
